Report or block someone

Tap a person's name, or the ⋯ on a plan, or a chat message, then choose Report or Block. Blocking ends your friendship, hides each of your plans from the other, and hides their messages. We review reports within 24 hours.

Forgot your username

You can sign in with the name you signed up with instead. Your username is also shown at the top of the Friends tab.

Forgot your password

Email us from the address you'd like on file, with your username, and we'll help you get back in.

Not getting notifications

Open Friends → Settings → Notifications and turn them on. On iPhone, also check Settings → Notifications → Zazim.

Delete your account

Friends → Settings → Delete account. It's permanent.
